FACILITIES RENTAL

Reservations need to be made minimum 2 weeks prior to the event.
Submit a Jubilee Facilities Reservation Form.
The church administrator will look into the availability and contact you.
Once the event is approved, you will need to meet with the Church Administrator to go over the rental agreement and submit your security deposit.
Depending on the nature of the event, a technician or cafe volunteer may be needed (these involve additional fees).
After the event, there will be a final meeting with the Church Administrator to debrief. The security deposit will returned only thereafter.

Cafe Rental 300,000won for up to 3 hours, 50,000won per additional hour.
Complimentary 30 minute set up and 30 min clean up
Complimentary 1 carafe house coffee, additional carafe’s are 10,000won each.
Hired volunteer per person – 100,000won / up to 4 hours (10,000won per additional hour)
To secure your reservation, you need to submit a 500,000won security deposit. Post event, we will deduct fee’s and return the remaining balance to you.
