FACILITIES RENTAL

    • Reservations need to be made minimum 2 weeks prior to the event.

    • Submit a Jubilee Facilities Reservation Form.

    • The church administrator will look into the availability and contact you.

    • Once the event is approved, you will need to meet with the Church Administrator to go over the rental agreement and submit your security deposit.

    • Depending on the nature of the event, a technician or cafe volunteer may be needed (these involve additional fees).

    • After the event, there will be a final meeting with the Church Administrator to debrief. The security deposit will returned only thereafter.

    • Cafe Rental 300,000won for up to 3 hours, 50,000won per additional hour.

    • Complimentary 30 minute set up and 30 min clean up

    • Complimentary 1 carafe house coffee, additional carafe’s are 10,000won each.

    • Hired volunteer per person – 100,000won / up to 4 hours (10,000won per additional hour)

    • To secure your reservation, you need to submit a 500,000won security deposit. Post event, we will deduct fee’s and return the remaining balance to you.

    • You will need to make a reservation minimum a 2 weeks prior to the event.

    • You will need to submit a Jubilee Facilities Reservation Form.

    • Once the staff approves the request, you will receive an email from the Church Administrator.
